Do You Claim From Medical Aids?

Psychological services are covered by most of the Namibian Medical Aids. We claim directly from such funds at the Namaf rate. You are however encouraged to check with your Medical Aid to make sure you are covered.

What If I Run Out Of Medical Aid Funds?

We try our utmost to make sure that you have sufficient funds available before each session by verifying your available funds with the medical aid prior to your appointment. However, sometimes there might be a short payment when the claim is submitted. When this happens, we will notify you as soon as possible to make alternative arrangements.

What Is The Cost?

Fees vary depending on session type. Our fees are charged in accordance with the guidelines set by NAMAF. A once-off administration fee of N$300 is payable at your first appointment. PSEMAS members are expected to make a co-payment for each session. Please contact us for more information.

What If I Don't Have A Medical Aid?

We do accept cash or EFT payments at the time of service. You will be provided with an invoice and a receipt for the session. Please contact us to obtain the current private rates.

Do I Need A Referral From Another Doctor?

No, you do not need to be referred to make use of our services.

Cancellations Or Missed Appointments

To get the most benefit from therapy, it is important to attend regularly scheduled appointments. If you must change or cancel an appointment time that has been set aside for you, please notify us as soon as possible so that we can provide that time to another individual.

Except under certain extenuating circumstances, you will be charged the full hourly rate for an appointment that is not cancelled 24 hours in advance.

DPO Minimum Terms & Conditions

1. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF GOODS AND/OR SERVICES

LT Psychologists CC is a private Clinical Psychology and Clinical Social Work Practice in the Private Health Sector.

2. DELIVERY POLICY

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 1 day and delivery confirmed by way of email notification.

3. RETURN AND REFUNDS POLICY

The provision of services by LT Psychologists CC is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, LT Psychologists CC will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of same day appointments by the client will attract a __30__ %

administration fee.

4. CUSTOMER PRIVACY POLICY

LT Psychologists CC shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). The PAIA may be downloaded from: http://www.lawsofsouthafrica.up.ac.za/index.php/current-legislation.

5. PAYMENT OPTIONS ACCEPTED

Payment may be made via Visa and MasterCard, or by bank transfer into the LT Psychologists CC bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.

6. CARD ACQUIRING AND SECURITY

Card transactions will be acquired for LT Psychologists CC via DPO Pay who are the approved payment gateway for Namibian Acquiring Banks. DPO uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website.

7. CUSTOMER DETAILS SEPARATE FROM CARD DETAILS

Customer details will be stored by LT Psychologist CC separately from card details which are entered by the client on DPO’s secure site.

8. MERCHANT OUTLET COUNTRY AND TRANSACTION CURRENCY

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is Namibia. Transaction currency is Namibian Dollar (NAD).

9. RESPONSIBILITY

LT Psychologists CC takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

10. COUNTRY OF DOMICILE

This website is governed by the laws of Namibia. LT Psychologists CC chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature P.O. Box 86120, Eros, Windhoek and 15 Feld Street, CBD. Windhoek.

11. VARIATION

LT Psychologists CC may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
